Where do we start from? The idea is to critically assess our choices and consciously scan for opportunities to Refuse, Remove and Replace with sustainable solutions.
Let's start from the first thing we do in the morning!
1. If it is browsing your phone: Refuse doing it and Replace it with meditation or stretching routine. Check out the links to "good morning rituals" in out mental health section.
2. Next go through "morning rituals" - I need not explain but typically includes activities like brushing teeth, going to the toilet, bathing, and other personal hygiene tasks, commonly engaged to start our day feeling refreshed and clean.
i. Toothbrush, toothpaste and tongue cleaner, dental floss, gargling solutions, etc.
ii. Toilet paper roll, jet spray pipe, toilet cleaners and brushes, etc.
ii. Bathing kit, loofah, brushes, scrubs, facewashes, shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioners, etc.
How do we transition to Sustainable Solutions for these identified products?
Consumers needs to act more responsibly now than ever. As it is imperative to dispose the existing plastic intensive products in right manner. Waste management is also critical and requires a sophisticated channel for end of life solutions.
